Tim Hartman, Broadway actor, national storyteller, comedian and singer, combines his talents to create Storytelling Programs like you’ve never seen before!  Through improvisational comedy and audience participation, Tim will draw your children into the story of "Johnny Pancake". Johnny is a French story about a young man who sets off into the world to find fortune and common sense, but instead finds magical items that make his dreams come true! *Any in-person programs will be held outside, weather permitting (events will be cancelled if inclement weather occurs). In accordance with CDC guidelines, Pennsylvania’s Department of Health and New Castle Code enforcement we are allowed gatherings of 75 people or less in an outdoor space that allows for social distancing.   New Castle Public Library employees and volunteers will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing during all in-person programs. For everyone’s safety, we ask attendees to also wear masks and to adhere to social distancing recommendations. A sanitizing station will be provided.
