Meet up time: 9:00AM-6:00PM (please be off the property by 7pm as stated on signs). This is a rain (as long as there is no lightning or high winds) or shine event. The only stoppage would be for a burial and we are to be advised of any are scheduled by August 26th. If there is a burial NO power equipment at all can be used during this time. Cleanup can be done in areas not adjacent to or i the area of the burial. There will me a brief meeting of everyone at 9:00am and designated areas handed out. Before we depart to the areas there will be a prayer given. This is an at will event and you may come and go…
