The annual Holiday Parade in downtown New Castle will be Saturday, November 23, 2019 at 3:00 PM.  Registration information can be found at www.NewVisionsLC.org and are due by 11/8/19.

The parade is part of the ‘Hometown Holly Days’ season. Also on this day:
