Disability Options Network is pleased to announce that we will be organizing the Freedom Fair & Fireworks Festival for a second time, which has been a long-standing tradition in Lawrence County. The event will take place Sat., July 20, 2018 where the festivities start at 10 am, fireworks at 10pm.
